FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Regarding artwork...what file format do you prefer?
We prefer vector based artwork such as Illustrator or Freehand, but we can work with raster files made in Photoshop or related programs, 300 DPI minimum.
All type as outlined paths. Also, it is wise to specify exact size of the logo on the document.
2. Is there a minimum order?...Can you can give me pricing on different quantities.....250, 500, 1000 pieces?
The minimum order is one 8.5 x 11 sheet and we will fit as many as the size permits. For one sheet black or white is $70.00. PMS color match is $85. Metallic/ Fluorescent is $90. Foil is $110. 4 color process $170.
We have a one time cost for Setup and Film which for the minimum order which is $65.
I would need to know the exact size of the logo to accurately quote on quantity. Obviously, we can give you better prices on quantity.
3. I'm thinking of having you do part of the order in a separate color. Would that be an additional cost?
Yes. Each single color has to be on a separate sheet. Once the Setup/Film is completed, we can use this for any color you would prefer.
Black/White is less expensive. Foils are most expensive.
4. Once I place the order, about how long will it take for you to deliver?
Unless, it is an order 5000 or above, turnaround time is 5 working days or less.
